Preparation for assembly
When you open your box, you will discover:
- a flyer with a QR Code to scan to access the full instructions,
- a little welcome message from our founders.
Then take out your QuickSett and the following contents:
- 2 Rilsan to attach the cable,
- an M4 screw to fix the actuator,
- 4 M6 screws.
To carry out the assembly correctly, plan the tools
following:- a PH2 crosshead screwdriver (ideally torque screwdriver),
- a pair of cutting pliers,
- a small PH3 crosshead screwdriver,
- a 7 mm flat wrench (only for Step fixing)
- a size 3 hex key.

QuickSett + Step On assembly on Board 4X4
Step 1: Preparation
- Take the ring compatible with your Step On.
- Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and set the ring aside.
- Retrieve the controller mounting screw from your StepOn kit.
Step 2: Install the controller screw
- Take your StepOn mount and remove the M6 screw that holds the Highback side
interior using a Phillips screwdriver. - Replace this screw with the one in the kit, then tighten it firmly with a 7 mm open-end wrench.
Step 3: Attach the controller
- Take your controller and unscrew the M4 screw with a size 3 hex key.
- Insert the M4 threaded shaft of the fastener into the controller thread.
- Rotate your binding while holding the controller firmly. Continue
until the clamping is firm and the cable exit is
aligned with the rear arch of your StepOn bindings.
If necessary, tighten the locknut with the 7 mm open-end wrench to secure.
the whole.Step 4: Assemble the ring and the QuickSett
- Pick up the ring and locate the R if you are Regular or the G if you are Goofy.
- Insert your QuickSett into the ring, aligning the R or G with the arrow on the
QuickSett. - Press the open padlock button to facilitate insertion.
Step 5: Install the QuickSett on the binding
- Remove the protective tab from your binding (Gas pedal) and remove the disc
original.
- Position your QuickSett in the binding at your preferred angle ( 4 R for
Regular or 4G for Goofy). - Use the 4 M6 screws and a cross-head screwdriver (preferably torque)
to perform a cross tightening . Do not tighten to the maximum at this
stadium.
Step 6: Check and Adjust
- Press the open padlock button, hold the board and spin the
fixing. If rotation is difficult, slightly loosen the 4 M6 screws. - Press the closed padlock button and try to turn the fastener. If there is any play
is present, tighten the screws and check again.
Step 7: Secure the cable
- Take a Rilsan and attach the cable to the back of your binding.
- Cut off the excess with wire cutters.
There you have it, your QuickSett is ready!

QuickSett + Step On assembly on Board Channel
Step 1: Preparation
- Take the ring compatible with your Step On.
- Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and set the ring aside.

Step 6: Check and Adjust
- With a Phillips screwdriver (ideally a torque screwdriver), use the two screws
M6 to perform alternate tightening, without overtightening at first
time. - Press the closed padlock button and try to turn the fastener. If there is any play
is present, tighten the screws and check again.
Step 7: Secure the cable
- Take a Rilsan and attach the cable to the back of your binding.
- Cut off the excess with wire cutters.
There you have it, your QuickSett is ready!

QuickSett + Supermatic assembly on Board 4X4
Step 1: Preparation
- Take the ring compatible with your Supermatic binding.
- Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and set the ring aside.
Step 2: Assemble the ring and the QuickSett
- Pick up the ring and locate the R if you are Regular or the G if you are Goofy.
- Insert the QuickSett into the ring by aligning the R or G with the arrow on the
QuickSett. - Press the open padlock button to facilitate insertion.
Step 3: Install the QuickSett on the binding
- Remove the protective tab (Gas pedal) and the original disc from your
fixing with a cross-head screwdriver. - Position the QuickSett in the binding at your preferred angle, using the arrow on the QuickSett as a guide.
- Secure the QuickSett using the four M6 screws provided, tightening
crosswise. Do not tighten to the maximum at this stage.
Step 4: Attach the controller
- Pass the controller under the heel of your binding.
- Unscrew the M4 screw from the controller with a size 3 hex key.
- Take the M4 slotted screw provided in the kit and fix the controller on the hole of
your front strap. - Use a small Phillips screwdriver to properly tighten the screw in the
controller.
Step 5: Test the rotation
- Press the open padlock button, hold the board and spin the
fixing. If rotation is difficult, slightly loosen the four screws
M6. - Once the rotation is smooth, press the closed padlock button and check that
the fastener does not move. If there is play, tighten the screws and repeat the
checks.
Step 6: Finalization
- Replace the protective tab (Gas pedal) and the heel piece, taking care not to pinch the QuickSett cable.
- Secure the cable on the internal side of the mount with a Rilsan, if necessary.

QuickSett + Supermatic assembly on Board Channel
Step 1: Preparation
- Take the ring compatible with your Supermatic binding.
- Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and set the ring aside.
Step 2: Assemble the ring and the QuickSett
- Pick up the ring and locate the R if you are Regular or the G if you are Goofy.
- Insert the QuickSett into the ring by aligning the R or G with the arrow on the
QuickSett. - Press the open padlock button to facilitate insertion.
Step 3: Install the QuickSett on the binding
- Slightly unscrew the two M6 screws of the Channel inserts with a screwdriver
cruciform. - Remove the protective tab (Gas pedal) and the original disc from your
fixation, if present. - Position the QuickSett in the binding with your preferred angle (R CH for Regular or G CH for Goofy).
- Insert the QuickSett into the oblong holes provided for the Channel inserts. Slide the fastener along the rail to adjust its position.
Step 4: Attach the controller
- Unscrew the M4 screw from the controller with a size 3 hex key.
- Take the M4 slotted screw provided in the kit and fix the controller on the hole of
your front strap. - Use a small Phillips screwdriver to properly tighten the screw in the
controller.
Step 5: Check and adjust
- With a cross-head screwdriver (ideally a torque screwdriver), use the two M6 screws to tighten alternately. Do not tighten to the maximum for this
first step. - Press the open padlock button, hold the board and rotate the binding. If rotation is difficult, slightly loosen the two M6 screws.
- Once the rotation is smooth, press the closed padlock button and check that the fastener does not move. If there is any play, tighten the screws and repeat the
checks.
Step 6: Finalization
- Replace the protective tab (Gas pedal) and the heel piece, taking care not to pinch the QuickSett cable.
- Secure the cable to the inner side of the mount with a Rilsan. Cut off the excess with wire cutters.
There you have it, your QuickSett is ready!

QuickSett + CLEW assembly on 4X4 Board
Step 1: Preparation
- Get the compatible ring.
- Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and set the ring aside.
Step 2: Assemble the ring and the QuickSett
- Locate the “R” (Regular) or “G” (Goofy) on the ring.
- Position it opposite the QuickSett arrow. Retract the teeth using the open padlock button.
Step 3: Install the QuickSett on the binding
- Remove the heel piece and the protective tab (Gas pedal) from the Clew binding and remove the original disc if present.
- Position the QuickSett at your preferred angle (use the arrow as a guide).
- Secure it with the 4 M6 screws, tightening crosswise, without tightening completely.
Step 4: Attach the controller
- Pass the cable through the inner side hole of the mount.
- Unscrew the M4 screw with a 6-sided key (size 3).
- Secure the controller to the front strap with the M4 slotted screw.
- Tighten with a small Phillips screwdriver.
Step 5: Test the rotation
- Operate the open padlock button and rotate the fastener.
- If rotation is difficult, loosen the M6 screws slightly.
- Test the lock with the padlock button closed. Adjust the tightness if necessary.
Step 6: Finalization
- Replace the protective tab and heel piece.
- Secure the cable with two Rilsan and cut off the excess

QuickSett + CLEW assembly on Board Channel
Step 1: Preparation
- Get the compatible ring.

- Position it opposite the QuickSett arrow. Retract the teeth using the open padlock button.
Step 3: Install the QuickSett on the binding

Clew and remove the original disc if present. - Loosen the 2 M6 screws of the Channel inserts with a Phillips screwdriver.
- Position the QuickSett in the binding at your preferred angle (RCH or GCH mark).
- Slide the fastener along the rail to adjust its position.
- Secure with the 2 M6 screws, without tightening completely.
Step 4: Attach the controller
- Pass the cable through the inner side hole of the mount.
- Unscrew the M4 screw with a 6-sided key (size 3).
- Secure the controller to the front strap with the M4 slotted screw.
- Tighten with a small Phillips screwdriver.
Step 5: Test the rotation
- Operate the open padlock button and rotate the fastener.
- If rotation is difficult, loosen the M6 screws slightly.
- Test the lock with the padlock button closed. Adjust the tightness if
necessary.
Step 6: Finalization
- Replace the protective tab and heel piece.
- Secure the cable with two Rilsan and cut off the excess.

QuickSett mounting + Classic fixing on 4X4 Board
Step 1: Preparation
• Take the ring compatible with your fixing model.
• Cut the Rilsan with cutting pliers and put the ring aside.
• Spot the R if you are Regular or the G if you are Goofy.Step 2: Install the QuickSett
- Insert your QuickSett into the ring, taking care to position the R or G opposite the arrow on the QuickSett.
- Press the open padlock button to make it easier to insert the teeth of your QuickSett.
Step 3: Attach the fastener to the Channel rail
- Take a Phillips screwdriver and loosen the 2 M6 screws in the inserts of your Channel rail.
- Remove the protective tab from your binding (Gas pedal) and remove the disc
original if present. - Position your QuickSett in your binding at your preferred angle (using the R CH mark for Regular or G CH mark for Goofy).
- Insert the QuickSett into the Channel inserts and slide your binding along the rail to adjust the position.
- Use the 2 M6 screws you unscrewed and a Phillips screwdriver for alternate tightening. Do not tighten to the maximum at this stage.
Step 4: Checking the rotation
- Press the open padlock button, hold your board and rotate your binding. If rotation is difficult, slightly loosen the 2 M6 screws.
- Once the rotation is complete, press the closed padlock button and try to turn your binding. If there is any play, tighten the screws and check again.
Step 5: Secure the cable
- Take a Rilsan and attach the cable to the back of your binding to prevent it from getting caught in practice.
- Cut off the excess Rilsan with wire cutters.
There you have it, your QuickSett is ready!

QuickSett mounting + Classic fixing on Board Channel

• If the central strap of your binding does not have holes within 10 cm
From the back of the fixture, drill a 5 mm diameter hole using a
drill.Step 2: Install the QuickSett
- Spot the R if you're Regular or the G if you're Goofy.
- Insert your QuickSett into the ring, taking care to position the R or G opposite the arrow on the QuickSett.
- Press the open padlock button to make it easier to insert the teeth of your QuickSett.
Step 3: Attach the binding to the board
- Remove the protective tab from your binding (Gas pedal) and remove the disc
original if present. - Position your QuickSett in your binding at your preferred angle (using the arrow on the QuickSett as a guide).
- Use the 4 M6 screws and a cross-head screwdriver (preferably a torque screwdriver) to tighten in a cross pattern. Do not tighten to the maximum at this stage.
Step 4: Checking the rotation
- Press the open padlock button, hold your board and rotate the binding. If rotation is difficult, slightly loosen the 4 M6 screws.
- Once the rotation is complete, press the closed padlock button and try to turn your binding. If there is any play, tighten the screws and check again.
